Delivery and Returns Information
Items purchased instore may be returned with in 14 days for an exchange or a store credit only. We do not offer a refund for instore purchases.
Garments must be in the same condition as sold with tickets attached. For hygiene reasons; headpieces and jewellery are non-refundable.
Online & Telephone Purchases:
We hope you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If however, you wish to return it, you must do so within 7 days for occasion wear and14 days for casual wear.
Please enclose proof of purchase and ensure the garment(s) are unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession therefore, please take extra care with make-up, deodorant, jewellery etc.
Please email email@example.com to advise reason for return and to obtain your Returns Authorisation (RA) number prior to returning.
We recommend items are returned using Royal Mail First Class Recorded. We are not liable for lost goods. Return Postage is at your own expense.
On line purchases may also be returned in-store at Catwalk with in 14 days. Simply bring your item(s) and your receipt for refund, store credit or exchange.
- Sale items are exchange or credit note only and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Clearance items which are half price or less are non-returnable.
- Hats, fascinators and jewellery items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

SPECIAL DELIVERY Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For: £12
Republic of Ireland
Delivery of orders to the Republic of Ireland are sent special delivery (tracked and signed for) and costs £20.00. This excludes any extra charges, taxes or import duties, these will be the responsibility of the customer.
